Admin can assign a task to a driver. When the admin assigns a task to the agents, they receive a push notification.
Drivers can click on the notification to view the task details.
According to the settings chosen by the admin, the driver can:
Start or cancel the task
Accept or decline the task
Acknowledge the task
Once the tasks are assigned to the drivers, they can start the task, by clicking/swiping start button.
The driver can view the location of the customer, along with the contact number and route optimization. After the task is started, the status changes to "started".
